RingGo do offer advanced parking at selected locations but only if the operator allow it. You can make payment in advance using our online booking form and iPhone, Android or Blackberry 10 mobile apps. All RingGo sessions purchased via our automated telephone payment line or Windows Phone app will begin immediately!
To confirm whether advance parking is available, please refer to our Parking Locator and search by location. Under the 'Advanced Parking' field a tick icon will be displayed if it is offered at the location searched.
When using the online booking form and selecting a location that does offer advance parking, you should select 'Later' under the 'When do you want to park?' heading and click the calendar tool to select the date before using the dropdown boxes to set the time. All other steps need to be completed as directed on-screen to finalise the booking.
After setting the duration and vehicle in our iPhone, Android and Blackberry 10 apps, a pop-up will appear asking whether you wish to park 'Now' or in 'Advance'. Once 'Advance' is selected you must ensure that you set both the date and time to that which you require.
Please note that RingGo cannot guarantee you a space if you choose to purchase parking prior to your arrival, nor can we offer a refund should you change your mind and decide not to park once the session has been purchased.
