Hotel Guest Permit Information

All hotels within a controlled parking zone are entitled to apply for virtual hotel guest permits.

Each hotel is entitled to purchase an unlimited amount of hotel guest parking permits per 24 month period. These permit sessions may be purchased via this website as and when they are needed for your hotel guests to park. Permits cost £6.00 each.

How to apply

Applying for a permit online is a quick and easy three-stage process:

1. Register or login to your RingGo account
2. Complete the permit application form
3. Once your application has been approved, you can purchase your permit(s).

Before you begin

You must provide a document on headed paper/company letterhead requesting that your Hotel be granted it's application for Hotel Guest Permits.

Please note: Folkestone & Hythe District Council Wallets are in the process of being withdrawn from use with RingGo.  If you have an active Wallet, you can continue to use your balance as normal until 2nd February 2026.

Please be aware that if you select the SMS reminders when registering your account, this will incur additional charges A new permit must be purchased for each calendar day.
Hotel guests permits are single vehicle specific, and not transferable and must be validated according to the instructions.
