I have paid for the wrong location

If you have paid for the wrong parking location you should purchase a session for the correct location, as soon as possible. If you have not done this promptly, you may receive a PCN (parking fine) from the parking operator, which you can appeal. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any session once started. However, you will be able to request a refund once you have created the duplicate session.

We recommend that you always check that you have entered the correct location number by checking the parking zone code on local signs before making payment.
