Yes! If you provided an email address within your original application you will receive a reminder email a week (seven days) before your permit expires. If you do not have an email address the Council will send you a letter in the post to remind you that your permit is due to expire.
To renew your permit, simply follow the link contained in the email or letter. Once you login to your RingGo account you will see a list of your permit applications. Click the renew icon (this option will be available if within 28 days of your original application expiring) and update any of the information if it has changed. Your renewal application will then be sent to the Council for review and you will be able to purchase your permit session once the application has been accepted.
