If you are attempting to search for an active RingGo location using our mobile apps and receive a 'location does not exist' message then this would suggest that your app has been left idle and was unable to run the required updates when next opened due to the internet connection not being strong enough to reach a response from our servers.
In order to rectify this you will need to forcefully close the app and then re-open which in turn will push through all recent location updates. Once the required updates have been run on re-opening the app, the erroneous location should now appear for you to select on entry.
As an example of forcefully quitting an app (using an iOS device), see below instructions:
1. From the Home screen, click the Home button twice.
2. Tap and hold on the app.
3. When it starts to jiggle, tap the red minus icon to close it.
4. Double-click the Home button and try opening the app again.
You are able to check when location updates were last run against your app from the 'Info' tab on the app.
