Is there a difference in price between a parking session with an RVP rate and the standard rate from a Pay and Display machine?

There is a significant saving in having your visitors obtain a session using your Resident Visitor Permit (RVP) as opposed to the amount they’ll pay using a standard pay and display machine. For example, 1 hour at an on-street machine can cost £2.50 but the same parking space, using an RVP, will only cost £1.80: a saving of 28%!
