How to get RingGo Information via Twitter
Get RingGo information from our automated Twitter service, @RingGoTwt!
Please don't provide personal details in your tweets to @RingGoTwt as they could be seen by anyone.
Some commands MUST be sent as direct messages (which are private/not publicly visible) to ensure your security. These commands are highlighted below.
To send a direct message, you must follow @RingGoTwt, and it must also follow you. This is done automatically with your first message - so why not tweet "@RingGoTwt Hello"?

Send a geo-tagged tweet with 'nearest' in it, to find your nearest RingGo zone. We'll also tweet you a web link with more information about it (e.g. parking charges).
Tweet: @RingGoTwt nearest Reply: @<YourName> Your nearest zone is: Basingstoke Station Bunnian Place, Basingstoke. More info: http://myringgo.com/zone/2012

Send the word 'location' (or 'zone') followed by a 4 or 5 digit RingGo location number to receive the location name back. RingGoTwt will also provide a web link with more information (e.g. parking charges).
Tweet: @RingGoTwt location 1901 Reply: @<YourName> Bristol Parkway Station, Bristol Parkway. More info: http://myringgo.com/zone/1901
Alternatively, send the word 'location' (or 'zone') followed by a search string to receive a reply listing the most likely locations (up to 6) that you might have meant. If the reply ends with '...', it implies that there were more that matched your search.
Tweet: @RingGoTwt location reading kings meadow Reply: @<YourName> You might want: Kings Meadow (2904), or Reading Civic B (2900), or Kingsmead (1425), or maybe 4764, 2903, 3601...
(Direct messages only) Send the word 'link' (or 'register') followed by your mobile number (without spaces) to start the process of linking your Twitter name against your RingGo account. RingGoTwt will reply with a key that you must enter at http://www.MyRingGo.com/profile to complete the process. This allows you to get information specific to you, with future commands.
Tweet: d RingGoTwt link 07234567890 Reply: Please log in to http://MyRingGo.com/profile and enter your key: a1b2c3d4
Send the word 'unlink' (or 'unregister') to remove your Twitter name from your RingGo account, and to prevent any personal information being retrievable via Twitter.
Tweet: @RingGoTwt unlink Reply: Your Twitter name has been unlinked from your RingGo member record.
Send the word 'current' to find out where you're currently parked with RingGo. If you have multiple active parking sessions, RingGoTwt will tell you the next to finish.

You must have registered your Twitter name with your RingGo account to use this command (see the 'Register' command for details on how to do this) and be following @RingGoTwt to receive the reply.
