You can however purchase a private operator based permit/rail season ticket by following these instructions:

  • Login to myRingGo using your registered mobile (or landline) telephone number and PIN or password combination. If you do not know your RingGo PIN or Password, you can reset it using the relevant recovery tool. Please ensure you check your Junk/Spam mailbox for delivery of any reminder.
  • Click 'Permits' on the black navigation panel.
  • Select the Railway, Ferry or Private Operator for your desired location*.
  • Tick the box to proceed once you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions before clicking 'Next'.
  • {If you already have an active permit with RingGo, the system will recognise the existing details and you will be given two options: to either renew your current permit or purchase a new permit.}
  • Enter the location where you wish to park by location code or description. If you search by description, be aware that this may provide numerous results and you will be required to select your specific location. Click 'Next' when finished.
  • You are now required to either enter or select the vehicle(s) you wish to be stored against the permit. The number of vehicles you can store against the permit are dependent on the parking operators rules. Highlight the existing vehicle(s) you wish active against the permit from the 'My RingGo vehicles' menu or use the vehicle 1/2/3 columns to add a new vehicle. Click 'Next' when finished.
  • Select the duration and permit type (standard permits are available between 1 month and 12 months, Premier Bay permits up to 1 year)followed by the date you wish the permit to start (enter using the virtual calendar). Then confirm your email address, VAT receipt/permit email options and enter any discount code you may have been provided with by the parking operator. Click 'Next' when finished.
  • Add your address for VAT purposes. If you already have an address stored with RingGo, click the dropdown box displaying the word 'Home' and this will be auto-filledfor you. Click 'Next' when finished.
  • Select to pay using an existing payment card or with a new card by selecting the 'New Card' option and supplying the required details (up to a maximum of three payment cards can be stored withRingGo). Click 'Next' when finished.
  • To finalise your transaction, you should first read the permit summary to the right of the screen to ensure all the details displayed are correct based on your requirements. If they are, enter the three digit CV2 (security) code from the back of your payment card and once again accept the Terms and Conditions before clicking 'Pay'. Please note that if you are enrolled to a 3-D secure scheme such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode you may be asked for additional password information at this point.
  • After payment has been successful, confirmation will be displayed on-screen and the relevant VAT receipt sent should this have been requested. Click 'Finish' to complete the process and return to the home page.
