Do RingGo provide permit reminders?

RingGo will provide reminders to customers with local authority based permit applications, permit sessions and private operator permits/rail season tickets prior to the application (where applicable) and/or session expiring.

The following list is only a partial list, and will be updated as the information becomes available.

The following email reminders (only if a valid email address is stored against your account) are sent:

London Borough of Lewisham Council

Business / Carer / Resident Permits – Email reminders are sent seven (7) days before both the permit application and session expire.

Business Z / Charity Business / Disabled Resident / Market Trader / Scratchcard / Resident Visitor Permits - Email reminders are sent seven (7) days prior to the permit application expiring only. You will not be reminded prior to your session expiring unless you have purchased the annual session upfront and receive the application reminder. You are able to view the current status of your session at myRingGo under 'Recent Parking Sessions' on the dashboard.

Postal reminders will be sent by NSL Services (on behalf of the Council) 14 days prior to the application expiring if you hold an existing paper permit and have no email address stored with RingGo. This will only apply if your existing paper permit has been successfully linked to your RingGo account.

London Borough of Richmond Council

Email reminders are not sent where all applications are submitted direct to the Council and not through RingGo. Although there is no lifespan on Richmond Resident Visitors Permits we would recommend that you re-apply with the Council upon reaching the final five sessions of your allocated 120 threshold. This will ensure that your new application is reviewed and if approved, added to your RingGo account ready for use prior to the existing application expiring.

Milton Keynes Council

Email reminders are sent seven (7) days prior to the permit application expiring only. You will not be reminded prior to your employee or commuter session expiring unless you have purchased the annual session upfront and receive the application reminder. You are able to view the current status of your session at myRingGo under 'Recent Parking Sessions' on the dashboard.

Portsmouth City Council

Email reminders are sent seven (7) days prior to the permit application expiring.

Chiltern Railways (Beaconsfield Station Car Park at Beaconsfield/2616 andLeamington Spa Station Approach at Leamington Spa/2623 only)

Email reminders are sent seven (7) days prior to your existing permit expiring and then the day prior should you still not have renewed by this time.

Email reminders are sent seven (7) days prior to your existing permit expiring and then the day prior should you still not have renewed by this time.

Please ensure that with any email RingGo sends, you check your Junk/Spam mailbox to verify delivery as it may not reach your Inbox directly. If using a business email address you may also find that your domain provider block or filter our emails and prevent them from being successfully delivered. You should amend your email address in these instances to a personal domain provider such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
