What are the rules for parking in Voucher Bays?

Voucher Bays relate to visitor parking spaces and generally allow for a maximum of between 2 and 4 hours' stay depending on the location. There is also often a no return policy to the same location within an hour of the parking session expiring. Local signage should clearly state the maximum stay and tariff information. Blue Badge holders generally do not have to pay or observe time limits in these voucher bays as long as the badge is clearly displayed in the vehicle.

Registered Residents and OAP Residents (having successfully applied with RingGo for Residency Status) with DVLA registered Band A vehicles can park for free using RingGo in London Borough of Richmond Council locations.
