What provision do you have for deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired customers?

You can pay for parking with RingGo by calling our automated telephone service on 020 3046 0010, online at myRingGo, via text or using our mobile apps.

As you may be aware, customers with hearing difficulties are provided with assistance through the Typetalk relay service. This highly regarded service, in which a live operator joins the call and converts the spoken part of the call into text for onward display on the caller's mobile communicator and vice versa is equally effective when using RingGo. The self-service scripts that have been deployed within RingGo are deliberately designed to repeat several times precisely to allow the translation and transmission delay that is typical of using this kind of intermediate service.
